myth1! SITS UP WILL REDUCE FAT AND STOMACH

THE TRUTH...
Sits-up DO NOT reduce fat around stomach! Exercising a specific muscle group of a particular body part will not burn fat from that area. Energy comes from fat, which goes to the muscle through the bloodstream and reduces stored fat from the body. Sit-ups may improve the size and shape of abdominal muscles, but will not target belly fat for loss..

Get milky HEALTHY WHITE SKIN with MILK..!!

Lactic acid in milk is great for softening and exofoliating. So,MILK is an excellent ingredient which makes your skin look good. Here are some ways you can utilize milk to make your skin look good and feel great:

1.Drink milk! Down those milk packs in moderate volume everyday because it contains a lot of nutrient for your skin and your body. After a while, you will start to see your skin looks better.

2.Fill up the bathtub with 5 bottles of fresh milk, approximately 10 liters. If you need to,get more milk because it needs to at least go up to your chest.Soak yourself in the milk for a period of 15-20 minutes.Do this everyday for a week and your skin will simply look more radiant and fair!
Alternatively, fill the bathtub halfway with hot water, and then pour in three bottles(6 liters) of cold milk into your bathtub. It will cool down the hot water. Soak for 15-20 minutes and enjoy the experience!

3.Dip a cotton ball into a bowl of milk and gently rub it around parts of your face in circular motions.Wash the milk off after you are done.

4.If you have oily skin then use cleansing milk or unboiled milk to wash your face at night before going to bed.

Tips and tricks for today:
a)You can also use shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash or anything that has milk as a main ingredient instead of fresh milk.
b)You will need a lot of money if you are using fresh milk everyday.Just use powdered milk in a tub of hot water as it is just as effective.

GOOD LUCK!!

Women who drank more fat free milk and had higher intakes of calcium and vitamin D from foods, and not supplements, tended to have a lower risk for developing hypertension or high blood pressure, according to a new study published in the American Heart Association journal, Hypertension.Otherwise, milk provides nine essential nutrients, including calcium, vitamin A, vitamin D, protein and potassium.Be creative!!don't just put your milk in your glass, put them together with your soup, scrambled egg,cake...but remember, choose fat-free (skim) or 1% fat milk..
